WHo is Dr. Michael Späth?

As a physician and business economist, I bring more than 25 years of leadership experience in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries, having held management positions at Philips, Altana, PARI, and Schwarzer Cardiotek. My work has focused on marketing, sales, innovation, and strategy development for global markets. Through these roles, I have gained a deep understanding of nearly all commercially relevant topics across Medtech, Pharma (Rx & OTC), Digital Health, Diagnostics, and the hospital, practice, and pharmacy sectors.

Today, I work as an independent consultant, supporting companies primarily in the following areas:
